Room Rental Terms

1.1 Room Rental Terms
Rooms at LHP are available for rent in two-hour increments. You may book multiple consecutive time slots if you require more than two hours.
Room rentals can be booked up to two weeks in advance. To ensure availability, we recommend making bookings early.

1.2 Cancellation Policy
If a Member needs to cancel a room reservation, they must provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

1.3 Booking Limits
Each Member is permitted to book up to 2 hours of room usage per day. Rooms can be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.

Recurring Monthly Membership Fees

2.1 Agreement to Recurring Membership Payments
By signing this Agreement, the Member agrees to pay a recurring monthly membership fee to be part of the Legacy Circle and gain access to LHP facilities and services, including room rental. The monthly membership fee will be automatically charged to the payment method provided by the Member at the time of registration.

2.2 Monthly Membership Fee Amount
The current monthly membership fee is $99 per month. This fee grants the Member access to LHP facilities and room rental services, subject to the terms of this Agreement. The membership fee is subject to change with prior notice from LHP. Members will be notified of any changes to the payment amount before they are applied.

2.3 Billing Cycle and Payment Method
The recurring monthly membership fee will be charged monthly, beginning on the day of the Member's registration and continuing on the same day of each subsequent month. The Member is responsible for ensuring that valid payment information is provided to LHP. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of membership privileges and room rental services until payment is received.

2.4 Cancellation of Membership
Members may cancel their recurring monthly membership at any time by providing written notice to LHP at least 15 days before the next billing cycle. Cancellations will take effect in the following billing period, and the Member will not be charged for the subsequent month.

Liability for Damages

3.1 Responsibility for Damage
The Member agrees to take responsibility for any damages caused to LHP equipment, furniture, or property during their room usage. This includes damages to physical items such as chairs, tables, or any other property present in the room during the rental period. Members must report any damages immediately to LHP staff.

3.2 Repair Costs
In the event of damage, the Member will be charged for the full cost of repair or replacement of any damaged equipment or furniture. The Member agrees to cover these costs in full and promptly upon request from LHP.

Member ID Card

4.1 Issuance of Member ID Card
Each Member will be issued a Member ID card upon joining The Legacy Circle. This card serves as proof of membership and must be presented when accessing LHP facilities, including room rentals.

4.2 Lost or Stolen Cards
If a Member loses their ID card or if it is stolen, they must immediately notify LHP management. A replacement card will be issued for a $10 replacement fee.

General Terms

5.1 Access and Usage of Space
Rooms and other areas within LHP are accessible only to Members and their guests, as applicable under the Member’s membership level. All use must comply with the rules and regulations set forth by LHP.

5.2 Non-Transferable Booking
Room bookings are non-transferable. The Member who reserves the room must be present during the rental period and is responsible for all activities within the space during the reserved time.

5.3 Behavioral Expectations
Members and their guests must act in a respectful and responsible manner while using the LHP facilities. Any behavior deemed disruptive or inappropriate will result in the immediate termination of room use privileges.

5.4 Amendments to Terms
LHP reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Members will be notified of any changes, and continued use of room rental services will constitute acceptance of the modified terms.

Signature and Acknowledgment

By proceeding with the purchase and selecting the acknowledgment checkbox, the Member confirms that the membership information provided, including full name, email address, phone number, and date, is accurate and complete. By selecting the checkbox and completing the purchase, the Member is providing an electronic signature, which is legally binding under applicable law.

The Member further acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement, including the room rental terms, liability for damages, membership ID card policy, and the recurring monthly membership payment provisions.

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter contained herein and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral.
