Retreat Itinerary:
6:00 AM – Meet at LHP for check-in and carpool arrangements.
7:00 AM – Depart from LHP
8:15 AM – Stop at Fig & Olive Cafe in Greensboro NC
9:15 AM – Arrive at Hanging Rock State Park
9:30 AM – Start hike, halaqah will be at the summit of the hike
